It's the standard 3-knob template.

watch out for the position of the LED. The placement for the PCB is centered between the 3 knobs, not just centered between the top 2 knobs (...he says after drilling the LED hole in the "less-optimum" higher position. : ^ )

I am building the PCB for a friend who purchased it and wasnt comfortable doing it himself. I have the BOM, but its not mapped to board layout. Is there a schematic or similar for this?

The values are written on the PCB, just match it to the component.
