SOLVED Quarantine fuzz short?

Hi guys,
Thanks to @SYLV9ST9R's kindness for hosting a contest a while ago, I received a Quarantine Fuzz a few days ago from him. I put it together in less than a couple hours between yesterday and today. As usual, I boxed it before rocking it, but this time I wasn't as lucky as usual. I plugged it in, and immediately noticed that the LED was on, although faint, when the pedal was bypassed and the pedal passes no signal when on. I also noticed that the LED brightness changes as I move the sustain knob (brighter CW). I immediately suspected a short somewhere, which may be causing the interaction between the pot and LED and the output signal being nil. I started checking for continuity with my DMM and I believe that lug 1 of the sustain pot was shorted to ground. I also measured transistor voltages and it looks like they are all biased correctly. I haven't had a chance to further debug, but I thought I'd post pictures and ask for advice here, in case anybody can spot something I cannot.
Any help will be appreciated!

This PCB is meant to be installed flipped over the other way, with the graphic showing when looking into the back of the pedal.

Installed the way you have it the pots are all wired backwards and the IN/GND/SW/OUT pads at the bottom are reversed.

Oh boy! I should’ve paid more attention to the build doc! Given the messed up FSW wiring, that probably explains what the pedal is doing. I’ll rework it this week and report.

At least, you'll only have to unsolder the pots and footswitch connections.
As I often say, if it's the worst thing that happens to you all week, not so bad in retrospect.
Eager to see it finished!
