Question about getting the wrong PCB (Solved ,Thank you for the fast rreply PedalPCB)

Hello, i ordered a Arachnid MultiFX Platform with the pre soldered FV1 on July 10, 2023 ,but what i got looks like rev3 BuGGFX Daydream was wondering who do i need to contact to get my order sorted out thank you.

it looks like the BuGGFX is a multiband filtered delay a single FX, the demos sound cool i like it but what i ordered was a 8 FX in one pedal i had to choose what 8 FX i wanted on the EEPROM Builder, so this EEPROM chip i got wont work with the BuGGFX PCB , but you are correct they use the same FVI chip.

Thank you ,i put in one of those in too under the sales tab but since its after hrs i dont expect to hear anything back today, after looking at what i got and the other PCBs that look like what i got on the site im not sure what PCB i ended up with lol,but i know its not the Arachnid. im sure it will be sorted out PedalPCB has always done me right.
