The idea of drilling this from a printed template gives me anxiety lol. Would someone be nice enough to help me out with a template I can use at tayda???

Use your preferred LED and power jack hole diameter. I used 3mm for the LED and 13 for the power as that matches the parts I prefer. I added the 0.2mm for the powder coating already.

Thanks, but there isn't anything to it really. I just print the layout, make a couple folds and measure the dots to the fold lines with a caliper.
