Revel PCB Schematic error?

Hi PedalPCB Pals.

I was looking at the Revel Overdrive schematic, and I noticed that pin 1 of the Volume pot -- which I would expect to be a simple attenuator -- was wired to VREF instead of GND. Is that an error on the schematic, or is that correct?

Here's why. Look at the power supply schematic at lower left, and you'll see that Vref is separated from ground by a 47µF capacitor. At dc, that capacitor has infinite impedance. However for audio frequencies, that capacitor has an impedance that is very close to zero ohms. Thus, for audio frequencies, Vref is effectively the same as ground.
