Ridiculous but I need help troubleshooting a Paradise

I'll post up some pics in a while but can someone tell me what voltages to expect at the IC pins in this pedal? This thing only has like 9 parts and I can't figure it out its problem. I get bypass signal fine, but when I click on the switch, I just get a white noise mess. The pots seem to affect the noise but no guitar signal goes through.

Your jacks are fine it works in bypass.

Bypass will usually work if the tip/sleeves are wired backwards.

Guess not.

I apologize but I don't have an assembled build to measure the voltages.

I was referring to the defective jack thought. I think he’s got them either wired backwards or is plugging his inout cable into the output jack

I've desoldered a few parts, once I get it back together, I'll post pics if the issue persists. Its wired properly, unless this one pedal is different than every other one I've built. Board is starting to look like sh** because of all the soldering.
