Rotary order switch kills bypass

Hey everyone. I wired up one of the new rotary order switches and in one position it works fine, but in the other it completely kills the sound, even when in bypass.

I used an alpha 4p3t, double checked the wiring any everything looks correct, the limiting washer is in the second position. So i'm not sure what else it could be.

I haven’t done one of these but the little bit I’ve messed with the rotary switches before you put the washer in position 2 did you turn it all the way counter clockwise? I think you can get stuck in the wrong 2 settings otherwise.
