Here’s a Sabotage from Barry. Nice and crunchy when it’s full on and cleans up neatly with guitar volume.



Going for the ‘retro-Bakelite’ vibe, a good excuse to use some of my plethora of oversized MXR knobs, of which I have plenty (along with 100pF caps and 100R trimmers, for reasons which escape me).

Hi guys: No, it's based on an unspecified Laney rig as used by Tony Iommi et al. in the days when metal was but a gleam in Ozzy's eye.

So I mean the British band, hence the retro-Bakelite post/neo-modern knobs. Maybe when I grow up, the Neve knobs at Amplified Parts might be de rigueur.
