Schematic question

I’m not familiar with dotted lines on a schematic. Is the dual gang pot connected at pins 2 and 5? I circled the area in question.

Yeah, that's a weird one. Those are two are the center pins of a dual gang pot, maybe it means they are jumped off the pcb, but I don't see why you would do that.

It may also just be a signifier that it is a dual gang pot.

Not an electrical connection but a mechanical one.
