I think that's also from digikey, it's just a SPST switch and in this case it was on a DAM meathead style fuzz where it engaged a larger input cap in parallel so it went kinda from a regular meathead to a meathead dark spec. If you try one make sure you get a tall enclosure or short switch because they are pretty tall, also make sure you get one that doesn't auto return because that makes for a pretty inconvenient switch haha.

You're both, of course, spot on.

I'm just used to cheap cast stuff.

I've also got a few of the same in the link (matching product numbers), but not from Sun-e-Mall — I got them at various brick & mortar shops in HK for a fraction of the online prices.

Probably about half price, and no shipping fees.

Sanding is never fun, but I like using scotchbrite better than paper.
I find deburring weirdly satisfying. Are you using a whirly-gig?

Bottom row, third from left is my favorite shape, but getting nice corners on the one at bottom right is the most technically impressive to me.
