Skidmark UV print file not lining up

I sent the UV print file that Cees had created to Spencer at Amplifyfun to see about getting an enclosure printed and drilled. When he overlayed the drill coordinates that Cees had in the build document onto the UV print file they don't line up. I don't have the software to correct this. Is there anyone who can help me to line up these files so the PCB sits properly in the enclosure and the graphics are lined up on the enclosure correctly?

I've linked to the forum post with the files and attached a photo that Spencer sent me showing the problem

You'll need to measure the PCB to see which one is wrong though I'm betting if you match the drill to the artwork and place your pots in the enclosure before soldering you'll probably be fine.

I don't have time to work artwork for someone else, but Inkscape is free. You may be able to re-jig your design yourself if need be.
I opened it in Inkscape and overlayed the drill pattern (not the coordinates he gave) and they didn't line up. Since it they were both Cees files I figured they would be correct. I'll have to follow jwin615's advice and measure the PCB I think.
