I’ve ordered a few times since the synthcube relaunch and had orders out the door the next business day. I think they’re still dealing with the new inventory and getting their bearings.

I ordered a few things two weeks ago. Out the door same day, and at my door 4 days later. One knob they sent me was the wrong size, and they emailed back to me within minutes (literally- only 6 minutes between my email and the response, and less than 2 minutes between my next email and their final response with the tracking number) confirming which part was missing and then giving me tracking info.
I wasn’t super crazy about small bear before they closed because the shipping charges and slow response time despite them being fairly local to me made it less worthwhile, but having ordered from them twice since synthcube took over, I won’t hesitate to order again. Their service team seems much more organized now— back when they were closing they accidentally missed a few pots in my order, and it took 48 hours to get a response, and then the parts didn’t ship out until like 8 days later. The synthcube team is much, much more responsive

I still like small bear. Tayda feels like a machine while sb definitely has humans there, at least that's how I feel

I'm not dissing SB. In its absence, however, I got used to life without it. I was a bit annoyed, though, with the discount code thing. I was in the middle of putting the order in on Sunday, but decided to wait since they extended it...which they didn't...or, they extended it until, like, 1:44pm on Monday, and I put my order in at 1:45pm. I'm not upset or anything. Just a warning to others: don't wait, buy now.
