Tayda PCB for 1590B enclosure

1590b CAN be used, but you’ll need to check the dimensions of the board itself to make sure it fits. They’re not all one size.

I use 1590B's whenever possible. You just need to take into account the overall/effective length of the board + pots, as the board-mounted pots will extend quite a bit beyond the top end of the board.

Your jacks (at least one of them) has to be grounded. You can ground them to the negative terminal of the DC jack or any of the three GND pads of the PCB, including the one at the bottom.

If going with a 1590B, I prefer the slightly taller 1590B2 — then you can often use top-jacks depending on the layout of the PCB.
