Thermionic Distortion - LED Issue?

Hey guys,
Testing my thermionic distortion and the effect works. Do all 4 LEDs light up when signal goes through? Right now only 2 of them light up on the left as viewed in the pictures.

Nope, same thing on mine. 2 is fine.
