SOLVED Tommy Bypass Issues

So I am having a really frustrating issue for which I am sure there is an obvious answer I am simply too dense to see. When the pedal is engaged the thing sounds fantastic, but when it's switched into bypass mode it hardly allows any (but does allow some) sound through. I thought my switch was bad so I replaced it, but here I am again with the same problem. What am I missing?

Any help is much appreciated!

So, here is where I reveal my absolute stupidity. When I first surveyed my solder job I thought it looked good. Then when I ran the audio probe (as documented already) I did not test the input jack (sure, why would I, the solder job looks good?). When I finally tested the input jack (thanks @jimilee) I could tell the signal wasn't right. I reflowed the solder on the lugs and, viola, the pedal performed perfectly. May this thread, which forever documents my failure to do the basic necessary troubleshooting, serve as a help and reminder to those like me.

My apologies to all of you guys who chimed in to help. Thanks so much for helping me out, sorry I wasted your time.
