Transcedence Boost parts clarification

The Transcendence Boost has two sockets for 100n caps, but one has a larger "footprint" than the other. Is there a distinction btw the two I'm unaware of? the build docs indicate the same for both.

I think it's just for symmetry of the board. Since one side has a 1uf, the other side has a footprint that matches.
