Triangulum boost cutting sound.

Ahoy there.
I’m a happy amateur and i have just finished the triangulum boost kit. It cuts sound when the potentiometer is turne counterclockwise. Is that normal?

I was getting ready to build one myself. The fortin 33 doesn’t completely cut the signal but when the dial is turned all the way counter clockwise from what I can tell in all the demo videos I seen. It does knock it down significantly to an unusable state, but that’s just my opinion. When I get around to building mine I will let you know if it does the same. If someone doesn’t answer you before then. Kind of curious now.
