I have three tubes I don’t need.
1xJJ EZ81
2xGeneral EL84.

If anyone is interested I need some 12AX7 maybe a swap?

Or I’m willing to sel these at a good price.

You could build an 18w Lite variant! It’s relatively cheap to acquire parts like a chassis (option 6):
