Very low volume

Hey all, I am new to pedal building. I have built several vero and pcb pedals and have not had any issues I could not resolve. I recently built a Silent Assassin vero pedal, placed it in my test platform and bypass works as it should but when activate d I only get very low volume even with volume and gain lot all the way up. Any suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

Can you post the circuit and some build photos?
First Google shows a doubled LPB circuit. Is that it?
Double check your transistor orientation.

Are you sure the out-cable is plugged into the output-jack and
input cable is plugged into the input jack?

Sometimes these get switched around when the pedal is upside down on the bench; and signal will pass but in very low volume due to the electrons trying to swim salmon-like upstream...

I’ve built a fair amount of Nero also. Yours is doesn’t match the diagram. It’s like a mirror image of it.

If it's truly mirrored, need to 180 the transistors, unless they are CBE pinout.
