I'm moving my diodes and transistors to a new bin and cam across a bunch of these that I bought at some point. LM313H.

Can't recall what it is or what it's good for.

Yeah, given that they were in my "Signal Diodes" bin I figured it must be something like that. I just couldn't recall buying them and I've got alike a dozen.
I'll put them in my Stockade and see how they compare.

It looks lonely and neglected... It's skin and bones... Feed that thing some tone!!!
Well I remember at the time only Mercury was making trannies for them and they had raised the price to $750 for PT and OT (and that was the wholesale price). This was a really really long time ago, prices have gone down and back up since then, lol....

Mojotone has them now, and are much more affordable. So I'll get some from them AFTER I'm done with the four amps I'm currently working on. I like to have a lot of projects going at the same time so I can switch back and forth on them. Just seems more fun that way..........

Nice, it's inspiring. I'm preparing myself to build a little Micro Bassman Cathodyne following M. Robinette plans, just ordered almost every small parts this morning.

Major Rob's site is where I learned to read schematics! I'm also working on a 50w bassman using a his dual bias and multi negative feedback mods, although I did the layout myself and made some substantial changes to the positioning of the bias so it's easier to look at and understand. 5F6A 59 Bassman Production 11 2022 T.E.jpg

Really nice, I thought trying the bassman, but for a fisrt thought I would start small and learn safely. I'll probably add a negative feedback loop. Thanks for sharing.
