I'm ordering from DigiKey and wondered if they sell these so I can save having to go somewhere else for it. No idea what they're called. I searched what I think is the PN (TFXTDOL), but no results for that.

Tayda’s got em too.

I’ve meant to get some for breadboard test rigs, but I keep forgetting.

TEXTOOL. there's a legit one. I'll see if anything shows up.

$23 yeowch, but needs must, I suppose.

Tayda shows a picture of a 3M TEXTOOL product... and the PN they list brings up Amazon, too. hmm.

If you can make 18 pins work instead of 14, the Tayda ones are only 93 cents.

Looks like they're the same Textool brand.

If you happen to need anything from Amazon, they have a four-pack for less than 10 bucks. They're Textdol and look identical to the original in the TC-1.

*Correction - "TFXTDOL"... 🤦‍♂️ Still, it's the same exact Textool knockoff in the TC-1.

I made a crude sketch a bit ago in a different thread, but I'm working on an 3D printed enclosure for the DCA-75 so it and its parts don't move. You'll just clip the clips to a pin header and use the zif socket to wear out instead of the wires and clips hard wired on the Peak Atlas.

I'll also create room for the USB cable.

Yep, I’m interested! I have an Atlas strapped into one of those little portable hard drive zip-ups with a ZIF adhered to the other side. I haven’t had to clip/unclip in months, it’s great!

it’s only a mild inconvenience, but I would space the pins out (P1-3) for the test hooks a bit more so they aren’t bunched up, you have the room 😂

test hooks

That took me way too much time to realize what you were talking about 🫠

My thinking was soldering in a row of pin header to simplify, but yeah, there's not enough room to fit them in there…

At least it's they're the same size as the the clips from my MK tester (bigger than T7 clips).

Right. Well, I think I had a different, stupid approach, where the pin headers on that board I laid out wire connected out to the clamps and my poor brain couldn't brain. it was going to be pin headers on the PCB, then wired and then the clips would attached to F-M DuPont connectors.

Scale isn't 100% accurate, but this is the concept, but I'll adjust it when I actually get it in my hands

@Robert What's the deal with that 24LC32A programmer board? Does is power by USB? I've been using a Dev Board pedal for years, but it's a bit cumbersome when I'm flashing a several chips at once.
