Goat Cheese Sanga at the Bookworm Café on Lamma Island was fantastic. Ahh to be home-away-from-home again...
And the Lamma Deli's roast chicken, made into sandwiches (if it lasted long enough to get some of it home)...
Watched "Chef" with Jon Favreau and had to have a Cuban. Finally got it this last year and another new-to-me thing — deep-fried pickles.
I hate threads like this, 'cause now I want one of everything. I've got a perfectly lovely dinner of turkey, smashed potatoe and corn waiting for me and all I can think of are various types of sandwiches... Pulled Pork, Beef Brisket... Taipei street-food ...
