Que pasta everyone?!

Some of you may know i started my journey into pedal building in June (BDAY month woohoo)! My 3rd ever build was a Gravitation Reverb. My ENTIRE embarrassing troubleshooting mishaps are all documented right here! I remember @PedalPCB being kind enough to lend my disorganized ass a hand and sad enough we came to the conclusion my reverb was dead....but fear not for i had bought another and got it working! Now i know im not good with words and i barely explained anything here but i just want to say if it wasnt for @PedalPCB I wouldve never felt so motivated to continue this amazing journey! @Robert and of course with the help of literally everyone on this forum (new, well known, etc) I just want to thank all of you guys and girls!

The amount of love and support this forum brings is absolutely incredible and wouldnt trade it for anything in the world! Imagine not having a clear road in life and BAM! this falls right in your lap? Well thats what happened here Im not going to get deep in emotion but lets just say this hobby has saved my ass from doing dumb *&^% :ROFLMAO: I cant give enough thanks to the guidance and help all of you and @PedalPCB has given me! This place has truly made me a better person and i continue to learn and absorb the knowledge it has to offer!

Im sorry for not making a list of people to thank but i promise ALL OF YOU are in mind! Much love and much thanks! BTW @PedalPCB when the heck are those V1 Pedals coming out? :ROFLMAO:

Sorry guys my threads and my words are not the best but i wish you all nothing but the best! Let's get back to building as @fig says!

I appreciate the journey it's given me so far. I feel like it's just the start.

Beyond having some awesome builds, there is continuous improvement in the layouts which really sets the standard for purchasable PCBs.

Some pretty down to earth persons here as well.

Dude you hit it on the head man! This place is amazing the people are incredible and the journey it’s providing is the one I’ve chosen to stay on! Always looking forward to everyone’s builds and their own individual talents give me drive hope and most of all makes me want build something haha

I've been a member here for almost as long as it's been going and I'm still amazed at how friendly it is. It seemed to get off on the right foot and hasn't deviated from being a friendly, helpful and sometimes quite funny place. Let's not put the moz on it!!
I agree part of the appeal for me is the friendliness and the willingness everyone has to help! Truly the best community ever!

My experience has been that DIY based sites have the most “civilized” members. Much less ego and lower levels of testosterone seem present. I’m relatively new here, and have felt right at home. It’s a great community, and (correct me if I’m wrong, Robert) one that seems to have no real need for “policing.”

I came for the boards, and stayed for the company.

I couldnt have summarized this any better!

I've been participating in various online forums for a long time. I got my start with dial-up bulletin board systems (BBSes, even ran one myself), does anyone remember those? And then there was Usenet (yes, at one time it actually had lots of real humans conversing with each other). And countless web-based forums, which seems to be the current dominant platform. I'd like to think I know a thing or two about good online communities, and this one certainly gets my stamp of approval.
