What in the world?….anyone have thoughts on this?
That might just be my next 2 in 1Put a spiritbox or another verb in front of a distortion or fuzz and you’re right here.
I have my spirit box on 90% of the time. Love it.That might just be my next 2 in 1I’ve still to experience the spirit box anyways and I keep hearing nothing but good things!

I’m pretty sure they still do I saw them the other day on clearance.I think @StompBoxParts does or did sell joysticks too
I have one laying around but haven't found the right application for it yet. They take up a lot of room in the enclosure so anything I've thought might be interesting has needed an enormous box. (Phrasing)I have pretty much no practical use for this (or Janus for that matter) and maybe some think it is gimmicky but the whole joystick thing looks so fun lol
I like it. I don’t love it. I especially don’t love it THAT muchHave to admit thought I was going to hate it but loved all the demos of it today. Then I saw the price. WTF. Lol.
DO ITI have the gravitation reverb and it’s been my only reverb for half a year now. I think it’s time build another!
I’ve purchased one Walrus pedal. The original SLO. I loved it and got a lot of use out of it then sold it. I like Walrus. Very good design aesthetic, they included a Walrus branded altoids tin full of walrus pics when I got the slo which was a nice touch. But, like many cool things the price is outstanding. Their music demo videos are great but watching Colt and the other dude talk always feels very cringe. So yeah very cool demos on this one and I actually thought about it for a bit until I saw that $299. It will be interesting to see what the diy community comes up with.I like it. I don’t love it. Although that joystick is pretty cool …
I have had a remarkably similar journey with Walrus. For me it was their harmonic tremolo. I actually have a hard time justifying $299 for any new pedal. I’d rather invest that money in new bench equipment and parts lol.I’ve purchased one Walrus pedal. The original SLO. I loved it and got a lot of use out of it then sold it. I like Walrus. I’m thinking about rehousing my spiritbox and another drive pedal into a 2 in 1. I really don’t care for the spiritbox on its own. Gravitation is much better from what I hear. That might just be my next 2 in 1I’ve still to experience the spirit box anyways and I keep hearing nothing but good things!
Ill be honest ever since you mentioned the spirit box 2 in 1 ive been more interested in that than the Walrus. I mean it is cool as heck and if a pcb were to be made id be lying if i said i wouldn't be interested. The gravitation reverb hasnt left my (imaginary) pedal board since i made itI’m thinking about rehousing my spiritbox and another drive pedal into a 2 in 1. I’d be interested if a pcb got made for the Melee but I’m also interested to see people just combine things on their own
Do it man! I think I’m definitely going to rehouse mine with a another drive I have lying around.Ill be honest ever since you mentioned the spirit box 2 in 1 ive been more interested in that than the Walrus.
