I'm trying to figure out the best way to goose the output of some vintage silicon fuzz circuits with minimal effect on the tone. I'm leaning towards just sticking an AMZ Mosfet Boost at the tail end of the circuits, even though it's going to kill the metal can transistor aesthetic that I was going for with these builds. Tacking on an LPB-1 at the end seems to dampen the treble frequencies no matter how high of an hFE the transistor has, and increasing the volume pot value has a similar effect. Trade offs, trade offs...What's Happening with y'all?
