Bananas and mayo sounds so foul. I have been doing the PB and bananas my whole life but this mayo banana combo is news to me. I’m not hating but not for me

I LOVE fresh pineapple, especially if it's cold from the fridge. But banana sandwiches? Really??

My idea of a sandwich is toasted Turkish bread, grilled chicken which has been marinated in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano, some European mayo (like Thomy), chilli sauce, lettuce and tomato. I make these once a week and we eat them while the bread and chicken are still hot. Then we have leftover chicken in sandwiches the next day. As I will today.

But I guess you can have banana if you prefer.

My idea of a sandwich is 2, possibly 3 types of ham, Swiss, coarse brown mustard, lettuce, and tomato either on a hard roll or sourdough
