Although it was a challenging build to a degree I had no problem getting it to work, tried it in a few different configurations, it’s really nothing more than a 3 channel mixer with a shitty send/return(loops) bus, I’m mostly upset at myself for falling for the hype. I always wondered why I never found a good demo of it… because those are about as accurate as it gets. You could get the same results and arguably even better with a used $50 Mackie

I would sell it but I wouldn’t feel right about taking someone’s money for that thing. It’s not worth the cost of parts

Now I’m glad I didn’t build one.
 
No way am I moving to the garage, so I upgraded lighting on my bench. Wife bought a two pack of these variable output and temperature LED luminares and the other was collecting dust. A quick trip to Ace to get a "swag kit" to hang right where I wanted above the desk, and I'm in business

Not quite literally night and day difference, but boy it's nice! Even at the lowest output (1500lm) it's got great coverage. It's max output (8000lm) is far too much, even at 3000K temp.

Just got this little bugger Today. Snatched it on Finn for 1000NOK (a bit under 100USD). Needs a recap and speakers need a re-foam, but still. It's gonna be this year's summer project, probably while blasting Power Windows ✊

I took guitar lessons from age 10 to 18 and this was my teachers amp (80s shred dude). I have such fond and distinct memories of its sound. I'm definitely gonna pick one up one day. Kind of a magical, tiny thing. Keep us posted!

I'm stoked on this Peacock. I was needing a super destructive yet musical fuzz, and this is exactly that. I spent so long just coming up with riffs with it. Your take on each of these circuits is 🤌🏻🤌🏻

I'm so glad it's working for you! The funny thing is, I wouldn't have voiced either of those circuits the way I did if they were on their own, but making sure they would compliment each other forced me to lean into their eccentricities.
