Different caps, few resistors, balanced PI tube, NOS ECC81 and some mechanical stuff for amp maintenance.
Sprague caps have hefty 2kV rating and were 1.50€/piece. Not bad.

Various breakout boards for the dual reverse taper pots with switches a friend sent me a bunch of:
The dual pots have two different functions in my preamps (resonance or frequency), so now I can mix and match switching functions between bypass or resonance boosting as well.
OSHpark is great for little bitty boards like this, especially since I do so many variants and don't usually need a bunch of any single type.

Ancient digital mixer. Selling points were a low price and it’ll do 16 channels over lightpipe. The plan was to use it as a monitor mixer for an Alesis HD24.
Preliminary test results are one dead channel fader and the interface that sets the routing is super glitchy, but it’s mostly functional. Nothing about it is nice, but it might do the job.
If it doesn't work out, Yammy 02R with adat cards. Good piece of kit

I have a mixer that works fine for tracking and mixing, I’m just hoping to cheat in some extra channels for playback while doing overdubs.
The glitchy-ness seems much improved now that it’s up to temp.

Bought this after starting to be “cab and speaker curious”.
Palmer 1x12 open backs, pretty oversized and well made it seems. Seemed like a good base for speaker rolling. Came with an Eminence Maverick, which is actually pretty awesome by itself. Has a growl that I like and is not harsh at all. It has a kind of dampening built in that you can adjust to lower SPL by up to 9dB. Pretty transparent too. Very happy with the impulse buy… especially for 99€ total.

I repair them, fully disassemble and clean electronically and cosmetically, service, calibrate them, test everything and record a song on each one, then sell on Reverb. They go from this
To this. And the same performance as new once they're calibrated
