Yes, it would be when powered on AC without them.

There are a couple filter caps, I didn't mean to suggest there wasn't.

There has never been a better-looking pedal. I'd move the switch down a bit, if the enclosure would allow, and maybe spread the pots a touch, but other than that, that thing is perfection.

(From my screen, those knobs look like they might be genuine Daka-ware?)

I've always liked the paint on those, but I've seen too many MXR pedals in a lifetime for the rest to do much for me. Some of those timeless, ubiquitous designs you just get de-sensitized to.

Imagine how innovative a Boss enclosure would seem if you'd never seen one before.
