What'd you forget in your order?

What was the last thing you forget to order that you only of course realized a few hours after the fact from Tayda / Digikey / Mouser / etc?

I've had a Tayda cart building for the past 2 days that is a larger variety of components than I usually order (40 or so line items) and I'm certain I'll have forgotten something. I have to order an enclosure down the road so it won't be the worst to tack something on. (I also like ordering enclosures separately anyway so components don't get held back by the workshop)

In my last Tayda order I forgot two capacitors that were uncommon values, so not in my supply. I was so bummed! 20 cents of parts.

A week later, when I heard news about smallbear closing their business, I put together an order to grab some random stuff and was able to get those two caps as well. Otherwise I probably wouldn't have got them, as I don't need a tayda refresh for anything else for a while.

I needed 2 x 22uf electros for something and accidentally order qty x 1. Realize ten minutes after I ordered. Luckily Tayda's cheap shipping and small minimum meant I only had to add the cap and an enclosure to a new cart and only 99 cents shipping.

I use the saved carts feature for my orders to fix this issue. I haven't forgotten a part since

I didn't forget anything!
But ordered one resistor value in 1W instead of 1/4 W...
Needed some bits and pieces from Digi-Key for another project, so was able to cop some there.
Well, my Digi-Key order just got in 30 mins ago. I had decided to order a low-profile cap for a cramped project as long as I was ordering, and it seems I have failed in that task (which I got right for another value, would you look at that)... 🤦‍♂️ Well, I'll be able to put it sideways and at least I didn't order a massive one.

Anyone else here have an excessive amount of spreadsheets exactly for this reason?
I took about 4 hours last month and programmed a "smart" spreadsheet for my ordering. I have a list of the different builds I do each month, and I put in how many of each I'm building, and the BOM auto-populates based on how many of each part I need per board, with the parts split up by where I order them from. I had told myself for a couple years I would do this and glad I finally took the time.
