I used that BLUE-TACK stuff to hold the headers in place. Worked a treat, and the boards sandwiched together just fine! I found those exact same headers on Tayda but thanks for the link to Amazon. I just looked up the knobs to find they were 6.35mm or 1/4", so I am now re-ordering all four pots to be Alpha (different mounting placement than the Tayda ones I usually order) PC mount types with 6.35mm shafts.

The function/placement of the controls are correct. Design looks fantastic!!!! For pots, I use 7mm or 9/32 drill - 5/16 probably close enough Jacks are 10mm or using a step-bit drill 25/64 - 3/8 probably close enough 3PDT Stomp switch 12mm, or using a step-bit drill 15/32 - 1/2" probably close...
