Haven't had a chance to play with it yet. My guitar playing skill is low that I wouldn't want to put my opinion out there. :)

So I desoldered all of the wires on the effect side (Not the break out board side), removed, and re-added them. It resolved the problem. I got lucky, no idea which was causing the problem.

I haven't cleaned it yet, no cleaner in the house, I will work on that soon. I have tried to go one by one on the joints and reflowed any that looked concerning. I do believe I am missing something, next step is probably to desolder and re-wire the break out board. Interesting notes: I...
