If you take an existing template like the Blues Captain and get rid of the middle hole on the top row, then make the middle hole on the bottom row smaller you'll be in business. Double check measurements though, they might be a little different.
How much smaller? Also, where can I find the captain blues template?

I'll find one that works better, I overlaid them and they don't match anyway. Sometimes ya gotta dig around a bit.
How do you know what measurement pots and switches are supposed to be? I'll also try to search but dk any measurements

I have calipers. And there are existing drill templates on the main product page (some of them, search "tayda" on pedalpcb) you can copy from.

I just made one. It should work but I'd wait til @Robert or someone who has actually made one of these before checks it out

Also, do I need to make them bigger or something for Taydas UV printing?

I believe they are sized appropriately already. Pot shafts are 6.35mm so having a 7.2mm hole is more than enough for the powdercoat (which tayda specifies to give an extra .2mm for)
