Opinions wanted: brightest friedman circuit

I just built the brown betty pretty much stock. It sounds awesome. Plenty of gain. I have been doing a side by side with the boogie monster circuit. The Friedman circuit I believe to be better overall. Much better mid-range. However, it's not as bright. I've been looking at the schematics of some of the friedman circuits. Looking for something with approximately the same amount of gain as the brown Betty but perhaps a little brighter.

Friedman stuff is on the darker side, including the amps.

The Complex is my favorite of the Friedman based circuits.

With that said, if you haven't already, take a look at the Tyrian and Sanguine. They're both similar to the Friedman circuit but have better tone stacks.

Looking at the kraken schematic, it looks interesting. Definitely sounds like a lot of gain on the kraken circuit. Might have to check it out.
