Hand-Drilling Nobelium

Hey,

Anybody who's hand-drilled a Nobelium want to save me some time and share a scaled printable template?

I'm a luddite who likes to hand drill/ mill everything and I don't have any CAD skills.

@fmcc @vigilante398

thx!
I mean I've never hand drilled a Nobelium enclosure, but I could probably throw something together (because I'm pretty sure I was already asked to do it like a year ago).

That would be awesome! I’d appreciate it. Makes sense that it’s not a popular option and there wouldn’t be a lot of demand for it, but I had fun doing the lab rat and was looking forward to cutting some more slots.

Hey
Bumping this thread because I managed to screw up my Tayda Custom Drilling job. Unfortunately, I only chose the top face drilling job so the sides of my enclosure aren't going to be drilled. Once you put the order in I don't think it can be changed so I guess I'll be doing the sides by hand. Anybody have a template that also covers the DI side of the enclosure?

Thanks

Found one on a TB thread posted by @Tassieviking. Maybe his can help someone else in the future. Here's a pdf of the Template. I read that the length of the 1090XX is approximately 145mm. Rescaling to 100% printed at exactly that size on my Brother laser printer. The file is uploaded as a txt file but if you rename it to .pdf after downloading, it's actually a pdf file.

I tried to upload a pdf that can be printed at 100% scale but the forum seems to be restricted from pdf file uploads. Here's a jpeg of the template. I read that the length of the 1090XX is approximately 145mm so if you rescale to that size it should be very close.
Just change the .PDF to .txt or something and state that the downloadee needs to change to .PDF
Good luck on the build.
