its not just a flip. You have to put it in kinda sideways. It needs to be pics, 2-3-1.

Which BC184 are you using. If it is the one from tayda it is probably a BC184L which is a different pinout and will cause you to have no sound.

I like the high gain I am just not used to dialing the gain pot down to zero and still hearing clipping.... well or anything on most pedals.

See... I keep forgetting about that. Growing up a metalhead everything was just wide open all the time. I had no idea what nuance was.

Or did I just screw up my build? I mean it sounds great, but even with the gain knob all the way down it has quite a bit on tap. I use PN4393s from Mouser and a BC184LC that took me forever to twist the legs in the correct orientation. But this thing screams.

That is why I only included the larger and smaller. You can typically just remove the holes not used or change their size for pots and switches.

I was looking at the docs for the Wonder Drive and the alternative values are the same as the values in the parts list. Should these be different?

For the output jack that means you wired the ring instead of the sleeve. Just move the orange wire to the bottom lug. Love your daughter painting. Very nice details.
