There is a passive one over on madbean. Active ones are cheaper to buy cause of stuff and things that are spendy.

Look for something grounded that is t supposed to be, like touching the enclosure.

Smds are a little more consistent, in my experience. Get about ten or 15, whatever make sense for shipping purposes.

I get all my parts from, you have realistic shipping prices as well as great prices on your parts.

I used to get takes from Tayda all the time. Some would lock up, some would motorboat, they were all pretty noisy, like really noisy. That’s been a while, though. I started getting them from @StompBoxParts, never looked back.

I used j201s in another phaser, but you have to change some values, they have more gain and are harder to calibrate.
