Built an 808 clone and compared to the XB-MB I built, it's kind of dark. I know I could use LEDs for the clipping diodes but that's not really the type of gain I want from the pedal. Any other ways I could brighten it up?

I noticed the volume pot is a linear taper and was wondering if it would affect anything if I changed it out for an audio taper instead. The volume jumps up real quick

What printer settings am I supposed to use for this? I printed one out and the spacing between the pot/lug centers on the board doesn't match up with the spacing on the template...

Just built this cleaver boost and the sound is muffled, like a tone knob is rolled all the way down. Not sure what I did wrong...

To my ears the box and all enhances my tone, kind of like an always on type pedal. I used my strat and it just seemed more alive.

Juse built this Carmine OD, sounds okay but seems like the volume level is off, too low. The transistor hfe is 80, only thing I intentionally changed was the resistor value for the LED.
