Hey all! I finished up this Echo Machine at some point in the last few weeks. Overall the build was pretty straightforward, aside from that massive chip that's in there. Pretty easy to source, though, since AionFX sells various components now, this chip being one of them.
As for the delay itself, I'm really digging it. It's a relatively short delay time, all things considered, but it has this awesome dark and warm quality to the repeats that make for some great ambient washes. I set mine up to get riiiight to the point of almost oscillating (edging, if you will) without getting out of hand. I particularly love how it sounds with a super short delay time dialed in. I've got an example of that in the first clip. The second one is set to a more straightforward delay with close to infinite repeats. Lots of fun overall!
