Looking to see if this is a feasible project given the size of the pedal. If analogman needs 2 pedals to get all the functions on it, I'm curious if it can actually done in a commercial single PCB ...

oof that looks daunting, especially with the warning not to attempt as a first time delay build. Are you calibrating with an oscilloscope or getting by with just a multimeter?

I'm making the BOM for this, can I ask where you sourced the NE571 from? I can't find a source except for ebay. Is there a readily available substitute?

Try Small Bear, they have a IC V571D that is a clone of the 571
