Soooo, upon my feed this poppethed, and verily, it was cool

(even though Rhett Shull, meh).

Style wise a lot like an offset Music Man Mariposa, but the specialness is in the circuitry. Give a listen.

Hahahah... OK, like I said, don't let the Shullness of it dissuade you from the interesting story: a father and son for kicks built a guitar around a very unique analog tremolo circuit centered around the pickups and digitally controlled by an arduino. Counted as pretty rad to me, and I don't even mind the looks of the guitar.

Best part: they have no intention of patenting or whatever, they are just tinkerers and invite anyone to come use it and push the design forward.

Just like into every desert some rain must fall, out of Rhett Shull, something interesting will be related. Even though it will probably still be a bit smarmy.
