Are these stomp switches the same?

I don't know if they're the same, but I recently bought the Amazon ones (Daiertek) and I like how they feel. Not too much force required, not overly clicky. No idea about longevity.

I'm having issues finding real Lumberg DC jacks. The mini ones, Are any of the non-real ones ok or is it a crap shoot?
I have been using the non-lumberg ones from sbp, lms and tayda. I have heard mixed reviews of reliability for these, but since I build mostly for myself, I can put up with a faulty jack and replace if it fails (so far none have).

If I were selling pedals I'd splurge for the real ones. Sbp and lms both have the real deal.

I choose Tayda over Amazon any day. I've only had 1 problem with one of them from Tayda years ago and they made good on it and gave me a full refund for it.

daier is about the only Amazon level brand I would trust, I’ve had no issues with any of their switches so far (I usually only get SPST though). Looks like it’s from the actual daier storefront, you’re good.

For a while I bought the red "same as" switches from Tayda, and they're good, but have a weird click (harryclippton got me too see that) but now I buy the Pro 1kg switches from StompBoxParts.

same... I needed some switches and didn't want a big tayda order and those switches from amazon felt fine with no issues.

I don't mind trying Amazon stuff, their return policy is pretty great. I've always used their Daiertek footswitches with no issue. Maybe 1 dead one out of 50. I recently bought a pack of Lumburg style DC jacks and used them in a couple pedals and they seem on par with the other offbrand lumburg style DC jacks from places like Lovemyswitches etc.

I wouldn't buy components from amazon, but something simple like a switch is easy enough to try out and see if the quality is there.
