9V setting, 8.98V battery:
Q1
C: 9.15V
B: 0.02V
E: 0V

Q2
C: 0.46V
B: 0.10V
E: 0V

Q3
C: 6.34V
B: 0.46V
E: 0.34V

There's a "Tone Bender" in there but it oddly has a JFET buffer shoved in between the first two transistor stages...

Then there's the rather complex (for a pedal) switched mode power supply, the buffer, and the relay control...

It sounds great, but it's certainly no "vintage" Tone Bender circuit.
