Built myself a KLON

I sold my original silver one about ten years ago for what I thought was a ton back then. I have a Centura and a KTR, but I might prefer this one...

Looks great! In fact, it looks pretty much exactly like the one I build, same Gorva enclosure, same knobs, except I used a an LED bezel. Oh, and your footswitch looks MUCH better too!

Looks great. Just built one myself last weekend. I have the Centura and KTR as well but this build is proving them expendable.

How did you decide on the component choices? Carbon Comp vs Film vs Metal. Tantalum etc.

I assume the missing components are part of a Centaur variation? Silver v Gold?

Very clean build. I want to know about those "missing" caps too. Maybe they're mounted on the other side? Are those Ge diodes D9J?

Thanks for the nice words. I traced my centura for the component selection. The "missing" caps are underneath. I used the diodes are Unizon from pedalhacker.
