Just finished my Caesar build and the chorus sound is distorted. The more you turn up the blend knob the more distortion there is. Any ideas where to start looking for issues?

Have you adjusted the internal trim? There is a sweet spot.

I knew I forgot something. No I haven't. Any tips on how to set it. I didn't see anything in the build documents about it. Thanks for helping out this newb

You just twist it until you find the sweet spot. It’s wasn’t very big on mine, you will know when you find it.

Thanks for your help. I got it set and sounds great!
This is because of where they put the BIAS trimmer. They put the Bias trimmer where the output voltage will affect the whole signal path's VREF.
Your two options are 1.) Set the trimmer to around 4.5v then modify the R23 till you get the right value to bias the V3207; or 2.) Audition BBD chips(not recommended).
Additional option is to redesign the PCB and move the bias trimmer where it will only affect the BBD chip bias voltage, like how they do it in most BBD based circuits. Of course a capacitor should be added to decouple the BBD input to the Q3 emitter voltage.
