Calamity Fuzz jfet bias.

I built mine with the first 3 JFETs I had without testing them. SMD.
I socketed the biasing resistors anticipating a biasing tour-de-force but the stock values did it for me. I have a full range on the Gate knob so the pedal is quite usable with all my guitars and it sounds just like the demos.
Got lucky, I guess.

The only issue is the toggle switches pop loudly.

That's normal. Really no way around the popping in this circuit.
