calamity fuzz troubles

Hey forum,

I am currently working on my calamity fuzz pedal and somehow I have troubles with the dry signal but also with the bypass. If I turn on the pedal it works kinda. Any hints on that?

Any chance the tip contacts of the jacks are touching the enclosure or metal body of the footswitch?
