CDXL reissue quiet

I've just built up the "CDXL reissue" and it seems to be very quiet. So I started a research and found similar threads:

Whats up all, Just built the CDXL Reissue envelope filter, but when it's all together I'm getting almost no signal at all (without any effects either.) LED and true bypass are working as intended. Could this potentially be an issue with the LM358? I messed up the tayda order and got the SO-8...

greetings pedalpcb braintrust- I just finished this build, and man I got some problemos... When I first tested the circuit, it worked perfectly with the toggle UP. it was completely dead with the toggle DOWN. Assuming an overflowed lug / grounding issue, I desoldered the toggle & replaced...

I've built a few of the Reissues and have never had an issue with the volume

let's see the board!

i did get mine going- it was a biasing issue. try adjusting the trimpot as slow as humanly possible with a loop going into it. the window is super tight.

I'm going to hijack this thread - but I have the exact issue here.

Looking for the best places to start ie likely suspects from the hive mind experience troubleshooting pedals.

I built the CDXL reissue envelope filter from PedalPCB Build Guide

I'm getting 9V on the adapter and onto the board and LED. Not sure where else to trace power. I'm not getting the LED light to even turn on unless I hook it up to more power (12V).

On the trim pots, I was able to achieve
R20, Pin 2: 4.323V
R23, Pin 2: 3.410V (which was all the way up)

Still no LED light, however or pass thru audio.

The other thing I notice is that I purchased stereo input jacks vs mono. I"m guessing that's also an issue?
