Chela Overdrive Low Volume

Hi, I am a new builder, just starting. Well I am working on the Chela overdrive, I am testing the pedal but there is a problem, when the pedal is bypassed the guitar level is pretty good, but as soon as I turn on the pedal the level decreases even when I have the volume knob all the way up. Any thoughts on where to start?

Have you run an audio probe through the circuit to see if there is a certain place where the signal is falling off? Pin 1 and Pin 7 of the TL072 would be the first two places I would check as milestone markers and then start narrowing down potential problem areas from there. I'd also do a quick DMM check of your Vrefs to make sure the voltage is consistant.
