Chickenhead with CWA Enclosure

This is my build for the for Chickenhead in a @steviejr92 built enclosure.

I struggled with what to put in this beautiful box. I know I didn't want a graphic/label. And wanted just 1 or 2 knobs and an amp jewel light. I ended up picking the Chickenhead because it was easy, has a well-fitted, obsolete transistor, and it's just a great sounding treble booster. Or "amplitude booster" as D*A*M describes it. Which is much more fitting. It has this nice warmness about it. It just sounds good.

The enclosure looks great. Stevie did a great job. I'm definitely on board for purchasing more when you crank more out.

Edit: Right after I posted I just realized it's a 'Chickenhead' inside a 'Chicken Wing Audio' Enclosure.

Chickenhead itself is a joke, but I suspect Robert already knew that. I didn't until someone with more exposure to rap music explained it to me

You know, that is a great question/concern. I thought that would have been a slam dunk, but I just didn't like the ones I had compared to the UFO knobs.

I was just curious. When it comes to knobs, I'm a firm believer that you pick the ones that speak to you for a given build -- there are no wrong answers!

BTW, I love the amp jewel lamp. I have been trying to find the right build for one of these. However don't tell @eh là bas ma that I'm considering that. He might block me..
